
Nan M. Sauer
NAN M. SAUER is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (1988) and a magna cum laude graduate of New England Law | Boston (formerly New England School of Law) (2004), where she received the Trustee Bradbury Gilbert Award for Excellence in Achievement, served as an executive case & note editor of the New England Law Review, and represented her law school in the annual American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy (“Moot Court”) Competition. She has been recognized as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” by Boston Magazine’s and Law & Politics’ Super Lawyerpublication (2008-2011).
Before joining Lee, Rivers & Corr LLP (formerly Lee & Levine LLP) in October of 2006, Ms. Sauer served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court, working on a variety of family law, probate, and equity matters. During law school, Ms. Sauer served as an intern to the Honorable Judith G. Dein, Federal Magistrate, and also as a law clerk to an appellate criminal defense attorney in Boston. Ms. Sauer also has an extensive background in management and technology consulting to Fortune 1000 firms, both in the United States and abroad.
Ms. Sauer is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association, and is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Diversity Task Force.
