Ms. Joyce is a 2002 graduate of Boston College (summa cum laude with distinction in Economics), where she was a member of the honor society Alpha Sigma Nu, and a 2005 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she was a recipient of the Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility and represented her law school as a regional competitor in the American Bar Association’s 2004 Negotiation Competition.
Ms. Joyce is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts and before the U.S. District Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Family Law sections of both the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. She was Program Chair of and lecturer at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s 2009 Recent Developments in Family Law seminar and author of the program materials; and was a contributing author for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s 2011 Family Law Conference. She regularly contributes her time providing legal assistance to underprivileged litigants in the Norfolk and Middlesex counties’ Lawyer for the Day programs.
Ms. Joyce has been recognized as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” by Boston Magazine’s and Law & Politics’ Super Lawyer publication in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
