
Jessica M. Dubin
JESSICA M. DUBIN is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University (1998) and a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School (2001), where she served as executive editor of the Women’s Law Journal. Before joining Lee, Rivers & Corr LLP (formerly Lee & Levine LLP) in May 2004, Ms. Dubin worked as a litigation and domestic relations associate at the Boston firm of Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP. She has been recognized as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” by Boston Magazine’s and Law & Politics’s Super Lawyer publication (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011).
Ms. Dubin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association Family Law Sections, and of the Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Dubin co-authored with David H. Lee an updated edition of “Factors Affecting Massachusetts Alimony Decisions: 1997 – The Present,” which was included among the materials for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education 2005 Family Law Conference. Ms. Dubin serves on the BBA Family Law Section’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and in October 2010 co-chaired, moderated and presented at the continuing legal education seminar Drafting and Litigating: Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. In January 2012, Ms. Dubin presented at a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Program titled “Premarital, Marital & Separation Agreements.” Ms. Dubin also volunteers as a mentor for the Women’s Bar Foundation Family Law Project, which provides pro bono representation to victims of domestic violence.
